Handmade Holiday Treats!
Yesterday I shared a custom handmade Painted Harvest Bundle gift box. Today, as promised, I am sharing the handmade Holiday Treats that were inside the gift box.
I was fortunate enough to acquire some of the new Limited Pumpkin Pie M&Ms which are in high demand, but very hard to find locally. I knew I wanted to give members of our Stampin’ Up! unit the opportunity to taste them, so I used them in the cellophane treat bags I handed out at our lunch gathering last Friday.
To recreate my Holiday Pumpkin Pie Treats you will need:
- Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (144613)
- Cardstock- Soft Suede (115318)
- Cellophane Bags – 2″ x 8″ (141703)
- 1-3/8″ Circle Punch (119860)
- Solid Baker’s Twine- Whisper White (124262)
- Adhesive of choice
- Pumpkin Pie M&Ms
Note: The pumpkins were hand-cut/fussy cut, and I only filled the cellophane bags half way and folded the extra to the back, taping it in place before wrapping it with the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper Belly Band.
Are a local stamper? I will be offering a Custom Handmade Gift Items & Boxes Class in November. It will include yesterday’s custom Painted Harvest bundle gift box, today’s Holiday treat bag (minus the Pumpkin Pie M&Ms), and more. Be watching for details.
Do you follow my blog to see what I am making that you would like to order as finished product? I will have some of these Pumpkin Pie Treat Bags available for purchase at Julale’s annual Christmas Fair this coming November. I will have some new gift items this year, along with stamping products for sale. I hope to see you there!
