Spotlight Technique: with Inside The Lines!
Sale-A-Bration is almost over so I am featuring some of the FREE Sale-A-Bration products in the next few posts. Today it is the Inside the Lines Designer Series Paper, featuring the Spotlight Technique.
Stampin’ Up!’s Inside the Lines designer series paper can be earned for FREE until the end of this month. It is a fun black and white paper that is coloring book style. It can be colored as much or as little as you would like, making it a very versatile paper. Today’s Spotlight Technique sample falls somewhere in the middle.
Would you believe the Spotlight Technique has been around for a LONG time, but I had never tried it. I decided it was time to give it a try. I am so glad I did because it ended up being a quick and easy card. It also gave me the chance to watercolor with my Aqua Painter and ink pads. (Note: Make sure your Aqua Painter is wet, but not too wet.)
